Concept development
Based on the gathered data and the client’s wishes, the initial project idea is born — the vision of what the house will be like in terms of atmosphere and functionality. Preliminary design
The conceptual stage concludes with the creation of the sketch project. These are the first visual images of the house — detailed sketches that help the client "see" their future home. The sketches include the layout of the rooms, facades, and show how the building will look on the plot.
The visual solutions are supported by drawings, which develop both the exterior and interior appearance of the house, helping to form an understanding of the scale, proportions, and material combinations.
