All components of the engineering networks — water supply, heating, ventilation, electricity, lighting, and smart home systems — undergo phased testing to verify functionality and compliance with design specifications. This includes checking pipe pressure, measuring temperatures in heating systems, testing lighting fixtures, and ensuring proper configuration of smart systems.
Special attention is paid to correct equipment installation, seal integrity, and structural stability. No detail is overlooked to minimize the risk of unforeseen issues.
After internal inspections, the client is given a demonstration of key aspects: system controls, automation, and control panels. This ensures the client fully understands how their home operates.
Site cleaning
The final touch before handing over the property is cleaning, which makes the house and site fully ready for use.

Outside the site, construction waste is removed, pathways and green areas are cleaned so that the client can immediately start enjoying the territory.
