ROUGH AND FINISH WORK

Rough finishing

Preparation of all building surfaces is carried out in anticipation of the final finishing stage.
The main tasks of the rough finish are to level the surfaces and create a durable base for the final material layers.
The floor is leveled using a special compound to prepare it for the installation of finish coverings such as tiles, laminate, or parquet. This process may also include the installation of an underfloor heating system, if provided for in the project.
Walls and ceilings are treated with a plaster solution that eliminates unevenness and creates a smooth foundation. Modern materials are used to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting results.
After rough plastering, sanding, priming, or puttying is performed. This creates a flawless surface for further application of paint, wallpaper, or other decorative finishes.
Rough finishing is the stage where the hidden foundations of beauty and durability in the future interior are formed.

Finish work

At this stage, the house takes on its finished appearance. Final coatings and decorative elements enhance aesthetics and emphasize the interior style.
Depending on the design and the client's preferences, materials such as tile, laminate, parquet, or other floor coverings are installed. Each material requires a tailored approach and precise execution. Paint or wallpaper is applied to create the desired atmosphere and highlight the room’s style. All materials are selected to match the design concept and meet environmental safety standards.
Decorative elements are installed — such as moldings, cornices, baseboards, and other design features. This stage completes the formation of the interior and adds a sense of uniqueness.
The finish work brings together all previous stages, filling the home with comfort and visual harmony.

Equipment Installation

Systems are installed to maintain warmth in the home and supply hot water. This equipment is selected with a focus on energy efficiency and modern technology.
Air conditioning systems are installed to ensure a comfortable temperature and purify the air.
Modern air conditioners can be integrated into smart home systems. Lighting fixtures — including chandeliers, spotlights, and other elements — are installed, along with lighting design systems.
Lighting plays a key role in creating the atmosphere of a space. As the final stage of engineering system installation, smart home elements are integrated. These may include smart thermostats, lighting control systems, video surveillance, and security alarms. Modern technologies set new standards for comfort and safety.
Engineering systems are the heart of a home’s functionality, hidden within a stylish and convenient shell.
